Is for service agreement and warranty for the simulation center simbionix lap mentor II virtual trainer. The platinum service contract extends coverage in 12-month increments beyond the initial warranty period and provides discounts on new release or additional software modules. The platinum service contract includes: repair services phone repair support provided 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, parts replacement for installations determined not to require on-site Simbionix tehnical support, all repairs or service determined to require on-site technical support, preventative maintenance, evaluation, or additional training. Technical Support Line (24 hours a day x 7 days a week), free software version updates as detailed above tand 30% discount off list prices for any new or add-on module/s purchased during the service contract period.
