The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) contemplates awarding a sole source contract to the Northwest Washington Indian Health Board (NWWIHB) to participate in the Age-Friendly Public Health Systems (AFPHS) Learning and Action Network and develop an AFPHS Tribal Action Plan to improve the health of older adults.
