Notice is given of GSA’s intent to enter into a sole source licensing agreement with Auto Auction Services Corporation (AASC). AASC is owner of the web-based software program ‘AutoIMS’ and GSA Fleet will be obtaining licenses for individuals to monitor marshaled and sale vehicles owned by the Government through this web based program. GSA Fleet will also have access to pictures of the vehicles being sold which can be used by GSA in marketing the vehicle auction sales. This is a sole source procurement and GSA Fleet intends to obtain the licenses in order to be able to monitor the vehicles sold and marshaled by GSA Fleet at auction houses throughout the United States as well as obtain pictures from the AutoIMS website to be used in marketing the vehicle sales to the public. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $17,000 to $17,500.
