Sole Source Notification for Hearst Business Media Corporation Internet and Data Service Notice is given of GSA’s intent to enter into a sole source agreement with Hearst Business Media Corporation for Internet and Data Service. Hearst Business Media Corporation is the owner of the web-based software program ‘Black Book’ and GSA Fleet will be obtaining national auto research. Black Book will provide its Internet Suite that allows for online, manual vehicle valuations. Values are required on a state-by-state basis for all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. GSA Fleet requires the Used Car Express Deluxe online, manual vehicle valuation service for sedans, station wagons, and light trucks. This service utilizes the same valuation methodology as Black Book’s Unattended Analysis service that is the baseline for GSA Fleet’s fair market value performance measure scales. This service is required in order to conduct vehicle valuation research. GSA Fleet requires the Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer Xpress online, manual vehicle valuation service for large vehicles. This service provides valuation capabilities for large vehicles. These vehicles do not receive values from the Unattended Analysis service or the Used Car Express Deluxe service. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is $5,276.00.
