USDA-Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (AHPIS) Wildlife Services(WS) National Rabies Program anticipates a sole source supply contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (see attached justification) for the following requirement: "Ultralite Wildlife baits containing the oral rabies vaccine ONRAB". Interested sources that are capable of providing the equivalent supply listed above are encouraged to submit statements of capability to the contracting office. Potential oral rabies vaccine manufacturers are encouraged to contact the Center for Veterinary Biologics to comply with the regulatory process that could lead to licensing for use in rabies management in the U.S. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government will not award a contract based on the information received, nor reimburse participants for information they provide. Information provided is strictly voluntary.
