MODIFICATION 01:
The purpose of this modification is to exercise the options for High Availability Support Agreement (HASA) for Flight Configuration IAW FAR 17.207. The options will cover a period of performance of one year. The anticipated issue date is 01 March 2014.

The Navy has a procurement requirement for High Availability Support Agreements (HASAs) for Flight Configuration, Superset Configuration, and NGT Configuration. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane intends to award modification 01 to Job Order 0017 to exercise option Contract Line Item Numbers 0061 through 0065 for HASA(s) on the existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-10-G-GM09 with Teradyne, 600 Riverpark Dr.  North Reading, MD 01864-2634. These options will cover a period of performance of one year. The BOA covers a five year period to procure Teradyne 9100 Spectrum testers and associated spare equipment, instrument calibration, and maintenance. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. The Job Order was awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
