Opportunity Summary OMD has systematically been replacing the existing outdated Armory Automatrix ("AAM") DDC systems with new Automated Logic DDC Systems. OMD requires a Contractor that can provide and install Automated Logic DDC Systems and all other associated equipment required to connect to the OMD WebCTRL(r) network. The system must integrate with OMD's current statewide Central Access Point ("CAP") Web Control System. OMD will issue Contracts with Clima-Tech Corporation for installation of these systems as they are the only authorized company in the Pacific Northwest that is able to provide a system that can integrate with OMD's CAP Web Control System. These Contracts will include furnishing control system engineering (installation drawings, programming, start-up & check-out), installation and supervision labor to replace the American Automatrix "Sage" front end computer and all AAM controllers in the buildings. Connect the new controllers to the existing input devices (duct sensors, status switches, wall sensors, outside air sensor, etc.) where possible and reuse existing enclosures, existing wiring, existing S/S relays and existing circuits where possible. Additionally, Clima-Tech will provide and configure a new work station/server that will utilize the WebCTRL software and LGR25 router, Cradle Point cellular modem (for remote access), a one year warranty and on-site training.
