Modification 02: The purpose of this modification is to exercise the options for the Standard Calibrations for Teradyne Testers IAW FAR 17.207. The options will cover a period of performance from date of options exercised to 31 March 2016. The anticipated issue date is 01 April 2015.

The Navy has a procurement requirement for Standard Calibrations for Teradyne Testers. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane awarded Job Order 0021 on the existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-10-G-GM09 with Teradyne, 600 Riverpark Dr. North Reading, MD 01864-2634. This JO covered a period of performance of one year and included options. The BOA covers a five year period to procure Teradyne 9100 Spectrum testers and associated spare equipment, instrument calibration, and maintenance. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. This Job Order was awarded on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1 as documented in the approved sole source justification.
