Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition

The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Hyannis, MA at Barnstable Municipal Airport. 

The Government requires 1,112 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 1,112 ANSI/BOMA office area and 4 surface parking spaces.  The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
