1. PSG Sample Collection Kit The Division of Waste Management (DWM) is requesting a vendor to provide passive sub-soil vapor phase sampling devices and analytical services for those devices. Sampling devices must be capable of fitting within a predrilled 1-inch diameter drill hole, and any specialized equipment necessary for installation must be included. Approximate Annual Usage - 30 KIT SPECIFICATIONS: - The sample collection kit must include: detailed sampling instructions, sampling vials, a trip blank, packing slips and return packaging. --Sampler vials/containers for collection of passive soil-gas (PSG) samples --Sampler tubes/assemblies --Specialized tools necessary for proper insertion of samplers (such as insertion rods or other brand specific equipment) - Trip blank(s) 2. Analysis of Field Samples and Trip Blanks the Division of Waste Management (DWM) is requesting a vendor to provide passive sub-soil vapor phase sampling devices and analytical services for those devices. Approximate Annual Usage - 300 samplers submitted for analysis ANALYSIS SPECIFICATIONS: --Vendors MUST BE National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program ((NELAP) certified and be able to do analysis of passive soil-gas samples using established EPA method 8260C or TO-17. Target compounds listed below. - Capability to plot the results on a color distribution map is preferred, but not required. --Analytical reports submitted electronically to include narrative with QA/QC program and findings, laboratory data in units of concentration ug/m^3, chain of custody documentation, and color isopleth maps (maps are optional). - All reports MUST BE received within 15 business days of sample receipt.
