The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Digital Detective of the United Kingdom, 5 Haskard Close, Folkstone, Kent CT18 7NB. This purchase is a One Time Buy to acquire Four Hundred (400) each Net Analysis v1 software upgrade. This software must be compatible with the software that the FBI presently owns. Digital Detective is the sole provider for this software. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. However, all responsible parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this request will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, all requests for the solicitation will be considered non-responsive. A determination not to compete this action based on responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government.
