The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis, TeamF1 Software Maintenance and Support Renewal from the Original Equipment Manufacturer, TeamF1, 39159 Paseo Padre Parkway, Suite #101, Fremont, CA 94538. TeamF1 is the only company that can provide this software to the government. There are no authorized resellers or distributors. The requirement is as follows:

1. Annual Maintenance and Support - Product: SSHield for VxWorks 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5 - License #326, 327, 328 - Term: 12 Months - 09/30/2014 - 09/29/2015 (1 year) - 1 Lot

2. Annual Maintenance and Support - Product: AuthAgent RADIUS for VxWorks 5.3, 5.4, 5.5 - License #329, 330, 331 - Term: 12 Months - 09/30.2014 - 09/29/ 2015 (1 year) - 1 Lot

3. Annual Maintenance and Support - Product: FireFly for VxWorks for 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5 - License #332, 333, 334 - Term: 12 Months - 09/30/2014 - 09/29/2015 (1 year) - 1 Lot

4. Annual Maintenance and Support - Product: X-Calibur for VxWorks 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5 - License #387, 388 - Term: 12 Months - 09/30/2014 - 09/29/2015 (1 year) - 1 Lot

Please include any shipping/freight costs for FOB Destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114.

In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in SAM. Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM by calling 1-866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. A formal request for quote will not be issued as all items are identified in this synopsis.
