The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Argon ST to provide 200 Prephix Software Licenses and 200 Prephix Annual Subscriptions.  Argon ST is the only known source that can provide the software required.  Though this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, information received by the response date of this notice will be considered by the Government.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
