The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services at the Dept. of Dept. of Public Safely (DPS) intends to renew existing agreement with Dassault Systemes America Corp. (Dassault Systemes) The annual renewal provides software maintenance and support related to DPS’s BIOVIA, Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN). This contract is for up to a 12 month term. Because Dassault Systemes retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required maintenance, updates and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor.
