The Defense Logistics Agency Contract Service Office (Philadelphia Site) intends to acquire software maintenance of the Manugistic Solution Support Network on an Enterprise wide basis in support of the  DLA.  The proposed procurement is being processed on an other than full and open competitive basis with JDA/Manugistics Inc of Scottsdale, AZ  pursuant to section 4202 of Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, as implemented by FAR 12.  The proposed action will result in a firm fixed price service contract for the maintenance of the following JDA/Manugistics modules:

0001 Enterprise Wide Demand Management Modules, 0002 Enterprise Architecture Analytics Module  (limited to 4 power end uses, 150 casual end users and 1 Administrative user), 0003 Enterprise Architecture Reporting Module  (limited to 4 power end uses, 150 casual end users and 1 Administrative user), 0004 Enterprise Wide Architecture Module, 0005 Enterprise Wide Supply Management Module, 0006 Enterprise Transportation and Logistics Management Module, 0007 Enterprise Collaboration Management Module, 0008 Enterprise Demand Management Module
0009 Enterprise JDA Demand Management Module, 0010 JDA Enterprise Architecture Analytics Module (limited to 4 power end users, 150causal end users and Admin user)
0011 JDA Enterprise Architecture Reporting Module (limited to 4 power end users, 150
causal end users and Admin user), 0012 JDA Enterprise Architecture Module
0013 JDA Enterprise Supply Management Module, 0014 JDA Enterprise Transportation and Logistics Management Module,0015 JDA Enterprise Collaboration Management Module.  The required period of performance for this acquisition effort will consist of a base period of 12 months starting 1 Dec 2012 or date of award and include one option year.  It is anticipated that a firm fixed price service contract will be the result of this acquisition effort.  Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
