The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to award a sole-source purchase order for one base year and three one-year options periods to SRA International. SRA International is the sole manufacturer, provider, and supporter of the TaskForce GangNet Software Application and Maintenance.  The manufacturer has not authorized other vendors to resell this software application and provide any associated maintenance and support. This includes the base software plus any updates and service packs as well as technical support. This software supports critical ATF systems and applications and its licenses are an integral part of the ATF network. This is NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
