The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services at the Minnesota Dept. Public Safety, intends to enter into a 5-year agreement with RAVE Mobility. This is a 5-year software service and maintenance Rave Alert for Public Safety Population. Because RAVE Mobility retains exclusive ownership rights for ECN (Emergency Communication Networks) RAVE ALERT and is solely responsible for providing the required maintenance, updates and patches. This has been deemed a single source purchase. No required services can be provided be a 3rd party vendor.
