This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing an engineering services order to integrate Special Operations Forces (SOF) Common Processor (SCP) into the GBEAB Laboratory as a risk reduction for Advanced Situational Awareness and Countermeasures (ASACM).

Period of performance is 12 months from date of award. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Lockheed Martin Corp., Owego, NY, CAGE 03640, under authority of FAR 6.302. Justification: services are available from only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.
