A sources sought is a market research tool being used to determine availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. The intent of this sources sought synopsis is to identify businesses that are capable of providing an equal product to Varonis DatAdvantage Software. This requirement is Firm-Fixed Priced, and will be performed on Fort Sam Houston, TX.
Upon review of industry response to this Sources Sought Synopsis, the Government will determine whether a Brand Name Justification is in the Government's best interest. The Government intends to solicit and award a contract for Varonis DatAdvantage software and support. The NAICS Code is 334611. The period of performance of the contract is anticipated to be for one year for software support. A response to this sources sought synopsis will not be considered an adequate response to any forthcoming solicitation announcement.

502nd CONS is seeking eligible businesses capable of providing software equal to Varonis DatAdvantage Software. Varonis DatAdvantage presents a single view of user/group/data relationships, including access permissions and how they are assigned. Varonis DatAdvantage software solution aggregates user, data and access event information from directories and file servers. Sophisticated analytics applied to the collected information show detailed data use and determine rightful access based on business need. Below is a list of the items Government are seeking equivalents to:
- one DatAdvantage IDU Analytics (Engine) for 2000 Users, VDA-2000L
- one DatAdvantage for SharePoint for 2500 users, VSP-2000L
- one DatAdvantage Probe SL50, VDAPR-1P
- one annual software subscription and support for DatAdvantage IDU Analytics (Engine) for 2000 users, SSPDA1-2000L
- one annual software subscription and support for DatAdvantage for SharePoint for 2000 users, SSPSP1-2000L
- one annual software subscription and support for one DatAdvantage Probe SL50, VSSPDAPR1-1P
- one day, Professional Services Engagement, VPRS-1D
- one day, DatAdvantage Training Course, VPTC-1D

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: It is requested that interested businesses submit to the Contracting Office a brief capabilities statement. This documentation shall address, as a minimum, the following: 1) Written narrative of Contractor's capability to provide an equal product to Varonis DatAdvantage software. 2) Company size in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 561130) 3) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code; 4) The socioeconomic status of the company, i.e., small business concern, 8(a) business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, veteran owned small business, or Service disabled veteran owned small business; and 5) Point of Contact information to include name, email address, telephone and fax numbers.
