2. The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency's (CSOSA) Office of Information Technology (OIT) requires a software tool to manage licenses throughout the network to ensure compliance with vendor licensing. The government requires an ISO 19770-3 certified company to provide a tool that will allow CSOSA to organize, capture, catalog, and manage licenses as well as allows our users to analyze and report on asset data. The minimum requirements are listed below:
AppClarity Desktop - 12 Month Subscription 1700 licenses
AppClarity Professional Services - NTE 80 Hours
The contractor shall develop Processes i.e, standard operating procedures to identify and process unapproved software. The contractor shall develop Process for reclaiming software and provide access to the support portal for the application
Deliverables: All deliverables shall be provided to the COR. Documentation shall be provided in CSOSA supported format. i.e., diagrams - VISIO, SOP - MS Word.
• System Design documentation (Includes topology, architecture, configuration, etc.)
• Unapproved Software Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Software Reclaim SOP
• Access to a support portal
• Deliver Project Plan for the installation, configuration.
• Deploy/Configure system which included Active Efficiency & Scout instance and SQL instance; Configure existing SCCM instance.
• Deploy and configure the software reclaim tool.
• Perform initial software inventory capture
• Develop and provide written documentation for the system and SOP for CSOSA environment
Training and Knowledge Transfer - NTE 120 Hours
• Deliver classroom-style instructor led training sessions tailored to administration of the selected system
• Contractor shall train all administrators of the system on how to use the selected system
• The government anticipates a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 users trained at the administration level
• Deliver Knowledge Transfer of the system configuration, operation and system documentation
3. All responsible sources who believe they can meet or have an equivalent solution must submit a capability statement that includes the technical capability of their asset management tool that demonstrates clear and convincing evidence of capability of addressing the needs of the agency.
4. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to restrict competition. This sources sought does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response to this request. All information contained in this RFI is preliminary as well as subject to modification and is in no way binding on the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, and the U.S. Small Business Administration small business size standard is 150 Employees.
