This project consists of 2 parts as listed below and copied from the Statement of Work:
Part 1 - The work covered under this statement of work shall consist of the following: Contractor will install 110 yards of sandy loam soil on top of each softball infield (1200 square feet of each infield). Rototill it in, relevel to grade for drainage and reinstall the bases and home plate.
Part 2 - The work covered under this statement of work shall also consist of the following: Contractor will remove roughly 3500 square feet of sod, and roughly 30 yards of dirt to lower to correct grade behind 2nd base exiting the infield to the outfield where it is roughly 6 inches higher in the grass area of both softball fields. Then reinstall and pack 3500 square feet of sod.

1.02 SCOPE OF WORK
A. PRICE INCLUDES MATERIALS, LABOR,EQUIPMENT , AND PROTECTION MATERIAL TO GO OVERSIDEWALKS AND CURBS TO PROTECT FROM DAMAGE AS NEEDED.
b. PRICE INCLUDES EQUIPMENT AND LABOR , BUT DOES NOT INCLUDE WATERING,FERTILIZING AND MAINTENANCE OF SOD.
1.03 SCHEDULE OF WORK
CONTRACTOR MAY WORK ON WEEKENDS PROVIDED THERE IS 48 HOUR PRIOR NOTIFICATION TO CONTRACTING OFFICE
