DESCRIPTION: SOFA Legal Attorney Service in Korea-wide, South, Korea. This requirement is for base year plus two (2) one-year additional years. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Defense Counsel for eligible members of the United States armed forces, civilian component and dependents prosecuted under the jurisdiction of the ROK as defined in the PWS.
