It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine to procure on a sole source basis with BC Group, LLC dba AVAYE, 3607 Parkway Lane, Suite 300, Norcross, GA 30092, under authority 6.302, for Avyve Professional Design, Installation, Programming, Training, & Service for Security Operation Center (SOC)/TIC System. This system will integrate with an existing control system. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received no later than the closing date of this announcement will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposed of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
