DESCRIPTION: SOCIAL/COUNSELING SERVICES AND THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIP
                          GROUP SUPPORT SERVICES

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. 

This solicitation is issued "UNRESTRICTED" under Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.1. 

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 623220 applies to this RFP, and its size standard is $14M.  This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-74 (May 30, 2014).  It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) intends to establish a firm-fixed- price contract to procure social/counseling services and therapeutic relationship support services at CSOSA, Re-Entry and Sanctions Center (RSC), Washington, DC, for a base period of 1 August 2014 through 31 July 2015 and four (4) option periods, if exercised by the Government.

 All questions concerning the RFP must be in writing.  All questions must contain reference to the section/paragraph number of the RFP or SOW which is in question.  Offerors are advised that questions concerning this RFP must be submitted via email to:  [email protected] no later than 7 July 2014.    Answers to questions will be provided to all offerors via an amendment posted to FEDBIZOPPS.
