Specifications are as follows: Social Security Benefit Statements (SSA-1099 and SSA-1042S) covers the production of nine (9) versions of English and Spanish self-mailers. Both items require such operations as receipt and processing of electronically transmitted files, composition, printing (including computerized imaging) folding and distribution. The term of the contract is from the date of award through June 30, 2017, plus up to four additional 12-month extension periods that may be added at the Government's option. Quality level III printing and finishing attributes are required.
