The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit one or more established providers of elementary and secondary curricula to provide Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) with evidence-based, researched, and reviewed curricular and instructional materials in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) that are aligned with the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) and MCPS Be Well 365. This RFP seeks curriculum providers (“Respondents” or “Offerors”) who share a vision for ensuring that all students have access to the highest quality instructional resources aligned to Local, State, and CASEL Standards, to ultimately increase student achievement and ensure success in college and careers.
