The Offeror shall furnish and deliver two (2) Enhanced Trace Level (SO2) Analyzer and accessories and two (2) Photometric Ozone (O3) Analyzer and accessories as more fully described in the BNL Specification # SS073109 dated 7/13/2009. BNL is also requesting delivery date of 9/30/2009 or sooner.

This PO uses funding subject to American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 terms incorporated in this agreement as Appendix I to Attachment A (BSA general terms and conditions). ARRA requires the contractor/seller to have a nine digit Duns number and must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
