THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. However, it is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Quotes (RFQ) including the use of any and all appropriate small business programs. Vendors that believe they can provide a product that fully meets the Government's requirement or who are resellers may submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact within 15 days after publication of this notice.

This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. A determination by the Government not to conduct a competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
