This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is not a small business set aside. This solicitation number is RFQ144160 and a solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007- 38 The National Institutes on Drug Abuse (NIDA) on behalf of the National Institutes on Mental Health (NIMH) has a requirement for SNP Chips. The chips will be used to complete a comprehensive anylization of 960 DNA samples. Quantity (1) of analysis beadchip four samples and 610,000 loci with 4 beadchips detecting 16 DNA samples. Quantity (1) of analysis beadchip four samples and 610,000 loci with 12 beadchips detecting 48 DNA samples. Quantity (2) of analysis beadchip four samples and 610,000 loci with 24 beadchips detecting 96 DNA samples. Quantity (2) of analysis beadchip four samples and 610,000 loci with 96 beadchips detecting 384 DNA samples. Offerors will be evaluated on their ability to meet technical specifications. Offerors will also be evaluated on best value in relation to price. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with its offer.
