Qualified Prime (General) Contractors, Subcontractors, and Material Suppliers may purchase complete printed sets of Bid Documents directly from Memphis Reprographics, the cost of printing is non-refundable. b. Partial Sets will not be issued. c. As a courtesy, copies of plans and specifications will be placed in plan rooms in major cities within the area, locally, and elsewhere as bona fide requests are received.
