The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support Center on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division has a requirement for Snow and Ice Removal Services to be performed at the Londonderry Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) located at 64 Harvey Road, Londonderry, NH 03053.  The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items necessary to provide snow and ice removal services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS).  The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one year option periods from date of award. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources must submit a capability statement, both TECHNICAL AND PRICE PROPOSAL which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation within a couple of weeks.
