The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support Center on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command has a requirement for Snow and Ice Removal Services to be performed at the RUTLAND ARMED FORCES RESERVE CENTER (AFRC), 2143 POST ROAD, RUTLAND, VT (VT007). The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items necessary to provide snow and ice removal services in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one year option periods form date of award. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside.

The release of an official solicitation shall be 04 December 2018.

Due to a short suspense date Site Visits will be available on both 26 November 2018 & 27 November 2018 @ 10:00 A.M. EST. Additional Site Visits shall be granted upon written request to the Contract Special and RFOS, listed above. NO SITE VISITS WILL OCCUR AFTER 07 DECEMBER 2018.
