Synopsis:

The awarded contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment and services required to provide snow plowing, shoveling, and removal, as well as de-icing at the Clinton County Custom's Border Patrol facilities at Champlain, Mooers Overton's Corner's, Rouses Point. Detailed requirements of the contractor may be found in the scope of work within the 1449. The start date for this work is October 1, 2014. This contract will be awarded with one (1) base year and four (4) one year options. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561730 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. In addition, the following information must be submitted and or provided by the requestor: 1) copy of business license; 2) company's Dun and Bradstreet number (Obtain a DUNS number for free. Call Dun & Bradstreet at 1.800.333.0505); and 3), a valid tax identification number. In addition, vendors must currently be registered in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) Database. Notification of any changes to this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fbo.gov. A walkthrough is scheduled for August 14, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
