THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 52.232 ‐18, AND IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS

1. Solicitation number W15WKN‐22‐Q‐5117 is for Snow and Ice Removal services in Granby, MA. This requirement is being solicited, utilizing the procedures set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items), and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures).

2. The purpose of this Solicitation is to procure Snow and Ice Removal services in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD). Snow and Ice Removal services will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance at the LTA Granby 14 Carver Street Granby, MA 01033-9527. All Snow and Ice Removal services shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Site Map (Attachment 0001–Site Map. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that applies to the principal nature of the acquisition is: 561790- Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings- Size Standard of $8,000,000.00.

3. The Government intends to award a single, Firm‐Fixed‐Price (FFP) contract. The period of performance for this effort shall be a 12‐month base period and four, 12‐month option periods from date of contract award.

4. The Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with an active profile in order to be eligible to receive a Department of Defense contract award. If you need to register in SAM, go to https://www.beta.sam.gov.
