This sources sought is in support of market research being conducted by TRICARE Management Activity to determine interest, knowledge of potential qualified sources, socio-economic category and comments regarding the attached Performance Work Statement for a requirement to provide smoking cessation services for TRICARE Continental United States (CONUS) beneficiaries, in addition to TRICARE beneficiaries residing in areas outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT COMMITTED TO AWARD A CONTRACT PURSUANT TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME AND REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATION PACKAGES WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS VOLUNTARY, AND THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR INFORMATION REQUESTED, NOR WILL IT COMPENSATE ANY RESPONDENT FOR ANY COST INCURRED IN DEVELOPING INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE GOVERNMENT.
