The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiate a new procurement modification under existing contract
N00030-18-C-0005 issued on a sole-source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), Pittsfield, MA.

The procurement will require the contractor to build, test and deliver eight (8) Small Computer Serial Interface (SCSI) Media Generation System (SMGS) Media Towers in support of SSP Shipboard Integration (SSI) Increment 13 program.

This effort is inextricably linked to work already being performed by GDMS under Contract N00030-18-C-0005, which was awarded 09 November 2017 using other than full and open competition.
