The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG), in support of Program Executive Office Soldier (PEO Soldier), Project Manager Air Warrior (PM AW) is requesting comments from industry in regards to the included DRAFT RFP. The DRAFT RFP includes a DRAFT Statement of Work and DRAFT solicitation for support and maintenance of PM AW's Cospas-SARSAT (Search and Rescue Satellite Aided Tracking) infrastructure and the Personal Locator Beacon (PLB) Program. The anticipated period of performance is 60 months. It is intended that award of the IDIQ will be made using full and open competition; a set-aside is not intended.

An official release of an RFP package, if/when it occurs, will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) web site located at the following address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm. The on-line version of the RFP will include all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of the RFP will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation.

Respondents shall be responsible for any costs associated with preparing responses to this request for comment.
