The National Institute of Environmental Health Science (NIEHS) intends to award a Purchase Order to Synthego 3696 Haven Ave., #A, Redwood City, CA. 94063, for SMCHD1Know In Knock Out Mice, to be used in research at NIEHS, Research Triangle Park campus.

The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 112990 and the business size standard is $1M. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. It has been determined that Synthego is the only known responsible source capable of providing the required service and no other service will satisfy the agency's requirements.

The purpose of this Purchase Order is to obtain SMCHD1 Knock Out Knock In Mice from Synthego. These mice will be Transfection and genotyping of pool, go through Clonal isolation and initial genotyping and be sequenced for validation of alleles all within 29 weeks.

This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for quotes.
