This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This is a Commercial Solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13. The requirement is for the purchase of two "Smart" Boards with projectors, model 685IX with UX60 projectors or equal item. Offers submitted shall include all parts, materials and labor necessary for the installation of two Smart Boards at Building 7007, Dyess AFB, TX. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. Written documentation will not be issued for this quote. (ii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40.
