Vendors are instructed to carefully read all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid forms must be completed in their entirety on the forms furnished with this IFB. 1.2 All communications concerning this IFB should be submitted in writing to Peggy Lawrence, School Nutrition Executive Director. [email protected] is the preferred method of communication. Only written questions submitted via email or fax will be accepted. No response other than written will be binding upon Rockdale County Public Schools (RCPS). 1.3 All bids must be typed or neatly handwritten. No erasures are permitted. Any correction made on the bid form (white out or strike through) must be initialed in ink by the authorized representative of the company submitting the bid or the bid may be rejected by Rockdale County Public School District (District). 1.4 All bids must be signed by a responsible officer or employee. Obligations assumed by such signature must be fulfilled. 1.5 Due to the large number of Vendors listed in certain commodity categories, not all Vendors will necessarily be sent an IFB each time one is issued. Invitations for Bid issued by the District are advertised on the District’s internet site http://portal.rockdale.k12.ga.us/about/fs/ps/bids/Pages/default.aspx. It is the vendor’s responsibility to check the RCPS Bid Opportunities website for any addenda, responses to vendor questions, or other communications which may be necessary during the solicitation period.
