a. The work is for services to daily load and haul sludge from the City of Palo Alto’s sludge dewatering facility. CONTRACTOR (referred to herein as the “Hauler”) shall transport sludge to disposal sites as listed in this scope of services. b. The current sludge hauler is Denali Water Solutions, LLC. The term of the current contract with Denali Water Solutions, LLC ends March 31, 2022. Daily sludge hauling services in this contract must begin April 1, 2022 and continue through the end of the term listed in Section 3 of the Agreement. c. This work requires backup treatment facilities. The Hauler’s backup treatment sites are as listed in this scope of services.
