INVITATION TO BID – SLIPPERY ROCK UNIVERSITY UP-465: Pedestrian Corridor Repairs Slippery Rock University of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this project consists Pedestrian Corridor Repairs at Slippery Rock University, to include repair of existing brick masonry site walls and replacement of concrete walkways, cast stone masonry wall caps and railings. Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University. A Non-mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on March 31, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Weisenfluh Dining Hall which is located at 200 Campus Drive on the campus of Slippery Rock University located in Slippery Rock, PA 16057. The Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory but highly recommended. Due to campus restrictions, only one representative from each company should attend the pre-bid meeting, mask and social distancing is required while on campus.
