This notice is being placed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.  Further in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to make award to Innova-Con, Inc.

The intended order is for 10 Slim-Pak PTTs(IC203-SP), 4 Power-Pak Replacement Batteries(3 Cell)(IC203-PPRB1), 4 Power-Pak Replacement Batteries (1 Cell)(IC203-PPRB1), 2 Container Vent PTTs(IC909-CV), and Solar Flat Pak PTT(IC700-SFP). 

Innova-Con is the exclusive producer and distributor of the items described as a result Innova-Con is the only responsible source to provide the necessary equipment.
