This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912LP-18-Q-8093, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99, effective 16 July 2018. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 337127 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. The basis for award is price. The following commodity item is requested in this solicitation:

Contractor shall provide Sleep/Nap Pod in accordance with the Minimum Specifications (reference Attachment #1).

Submission Requirements: All quotes shall reference the RFQ number; W912LP-18-Q-8093. Offeror shall provide a firm-fixed price per iteration for CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002.
