The purpose of this announcement is to express the intent of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA or Authority) to award a Sole Source Contract to RACO International is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the parts were originally purchased through Bombardier during the construction and implementation of the Skyway system. Only the OEM, RACO International, has the equipment needed to repair, test or make and sell new this Beam Actuator. This sole source procurement will be for all future overhauls and/or purchases or the listed parts and will need the federal clauses attached in order to use federal funds.
