The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Knox intends to award sole source basis contract SKYLINE DISPLAYS, INC to upgrade three existing skyline displays currently in inventory that carry the Skyline Engage^TM Panel System design.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the requirement would be advantageous to the
