Ellis County Kansas is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP), to replace approximately the 120’ x 5’ feet of Polycarbonate barrel vault skylights located on the roof of the Ellis County Administrative building located at 718 Main Street in Hays KS, Any interested contractor submitting a bid is required to schedule a pre-bid meeting with the Ellis County Administrator prior to July 19th, 2023. This is to ensure the contractor is fully aware of the project, can obtain field verified measurements, view the job site, visit with staff, and it would help ensure the contractor submits a qualifying bid for the project. The complete RFP can be found HERE. The submissions must be received by Friday, July 28th, 2023, at 12:00 pm CDT within a sealed envelope labeled “RFP – 2023 – Admin Center Skylights”. Documents must also be available after bid opening if requested in PDF copies which can be sent to [email protected].
