The purpose of this contract is for the construction of a wood porch structure at the rear entrance of the Skykomish Ranger Station Main Office building. Work includes protecting the existing buildings and structures, removal, and disposal partial of building structures and roofs. Installation of structural members, new roof to match the existing building roof systems, purlins, beams, posts, hardiplank lap siding and concrete footings.

The project is located in the Skykomish Ranger Station Compound. 74920 N.E. Stevens Pass Highway. Skykomish, WA 98288.

The Government's estimated price is between $25,000 and $100.000. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. Bonding is required if project exceeds $30,000The solicitation will be posted around September 12th, 2014. The desired start date of the project is September 29th, 2014 with contract duration of 45 days.
