The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity sole source contract under solicitation number H92240-13-T-0510 to Skydive Suffolk Inc. 200 Air Port Road, Suffolk, VA.. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR part 13 for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority cited in FAR 6.302-1. The proposed action is for 280 lifts for one year.  The lifts will be used throughout the year to maintain currency and proficiency for all SBT Military Free Fall parachutists as well as conduct MCADS Detachment Training.  The contractor must meet the Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 91 and be located within 200 miles of Naval Special Warfare, Virginia Beach, VA. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611620 with a size standard of $7.0 million.

This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. However, all parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement within three days after date of publication of this notice will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government.
