The following items, at minimum, will be required for a 120' X 120' Skate Park to be placed on an existing asphalt pad. There shall be a total of 13 items included, with the remaining 4 items up to the discretion of the contractor to design. Features may be attached/combined for ease of design/flow (for example, the Half Pipe may be part of the same structure as the Bowl.)

The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to deliver (including all offloading and placement at the work site), and fully install all compents/features, framework, framework enclosures, and safety rails in accordance with the statement of work.

This office proposes to post solicitation number FA4460-11-T-0059 to the FedBizOpps website (https://www.fbo.gov) on or about 12 August 2011. Once the solicitation is issued it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Contract award will be determined using the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13. All Contractors shall be ORCA registered (http://orca.bpn.gov).
